Our Priorities

Governance and Data
Responsibility

Our Governance & Data Responsibility Program ensures that we have robust policies and commitments in place across corporate governance, ESG oversight, ethics and transparency, human rights, responsible sourcing, health and safety, data privacy and security, and risk management.

Corporate Governance and Ethics

We uphold the highest governance and ethical standards across our company and operate with integrity through corporate governance guidelines, Board committee charters, codes of conduct for employees and partners, and an ethics complaint process.

  • The Board of Directors adopted Corporate Governance Guidelines to enhance effectiveness and align interests with stakeholders
  • We formalized the Inclusion and Sustainability Council to empower employees and drive sustainability initiatives at the leadership level
  • We require all employees, suppliers, and business partners to comply with our Codes of Conduct

Data Privacy and Security

Our customers’ trust is a top priority and is embedded in everything we do. We’re committed to providing our customers with confidence that their technology and data are secure, and we continue to make significant investments in our cybersecurity program.

  • We use the CIA Triad Model and comprehensive industry control frameworks, compliance regulations, privacy requirements, and best practices
  • Our development teams use industry best practices and frameworks, such as OWASP, to build security into our solutions, and participate in regular, ongoing training to stay ahead of evolving threats
  • We monitor the threat landscape 24/7 along with a third-party firm and routinely test our incident response capabilities and preparedness
  • Our legal counsel continually evaluates data privacy regulations and helps our customers understand operational impacts and requirements
